You can pay for your order by Direct Bank Transfer.
On completion of your order, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your purchase and information regarding your chosen payment method. If you haven’t received the confirmation e-mail within 25 minutes, please contact us at: email@example.com.

Please use the reference provided by us, which we will be e-mailed to you as well as your surname. Example: Provided Reference Number/ Surname.
Please round up the amount due for the order to the nearest whole pound. Example: £32.30 should be rounded to £33.
It can take upto 24 hours for your funds to clear in our account. International transactions can take upto 2-3 days. Your order will not be shipped until funds clear at our account.
We accept Bank Transfer, MoneyGram, Western Union, PayPal (for orders over £200 and for customers with order history of 5 or more orders) and Cash Deposit at the bank.
All necessary wire information is included with your order confirmation, which is sent to you immediately after placing your order. Please check your order confirmation e-mail carefully for the instructions.
Please make sure you use the same name for your order and the payment. If you are using account with different name to the order placed, please do send us a screen shot. This way you will avoid your order being shipped delayed.
If in the unlikely event the package is not delivered to the customer’s chosen address and has been signed for, as shown on the tracker, the customer then should raise the dispute with the courier. This is because, if we try to assist, as we have done in the past, the courier will simply refer us to the tracker and point out it was signed for.
So the customer will have to take up the dispute with the courier and request a “denial of service” receipt, which shows that the courier acknowledges and accepts that they were at fault somehow and the parcel was either lost or stolen. Once you get this and forward to us we can ship again.

All UK based orders are sent with First Class Signed For delivery and normally take 1-2 working days to be delivered. If order is lost in the post, please wait 28 days before we can reship your order, this applies to all orders.
International Orders are sent with tracked delivery and normally takes up to 10 days max to reach destination but it may be and longer dependant on postal service provider, if the order is seized by the customs, we will need a copy of Official Letter from Customs before we will reship the order.
We do not reship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand. All order are shipped with slow male it increases success rate. Slow male does not have a tracking no.
We try our utmost to dispatch your order the same day. We do not post on the weekends as this would mean your order would remain in transit for longer than preferred.
